WS Atkins & ITAD, UK and Enplan Group Nigeria was engaged for the implementation of the Technical Assistance for the Water Supply and Sanitation Sector Reform Programme (WSSSRP) Phase 1 between January 2009 and July 2011. The Consortium offered direct Technical Assistance to support Federal Ministry of Water Resources to improve water governance at the Federal, State and LGA levels in six EU-Focal states of Anambra, Cross River, Jigawa, Kano, Osun and Yobe States and to also improve water service delivery.

Enplan Group has been working as Consultant with the Upper Benue River Basin Development Authority since 1978 to-date. The various projects handled and successfully completed during this period include: (a) Kiri Dam Project-Designed and supervised; (b) Lake Geriyo Irrigation Project-Flood control alleviation project design; (c) Jada Water Supply Project-Rehabilitation and extension requirement designed; (d) Jada Multi-Purpose Dam-Design and supervision of construction works.
